1. All computer systems built by Top-LogiX Software & Computers will carry one year parts and labour warranty from the original date of purchase. Manufacture's warranty may apply after one year. Shipping and Handling fees will also apply after one year.
  2. Warranty subject to confirmation.
  3. No warranty without original sales receipt.
  4. No warranty on physically damaged items.
  5. No warranty for viruses, spyware, adware, and user error.
  6. No on-site warranty unless previously arranged.
  1. Items may be returned within 7 days or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Product must be in its original condition and packaging (including all manuals & accessories). A 20% restocking fee will apply.
  2. No returns/exchanges without original invoice.
  3. Any products found to have physical damage (burn marks, screw marks, scuffs, scratches, etc.) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  4. Printers with ink cartridges/toner drums that have been installed will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  5. Opened ink cartridges will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  6. OEM software is a final sale.
  7. Retail software may be returned/exchanged only if unopened and in new condition.
  8. Defective parts will be returned to the manufacture for warranty after 30 days.
  9. All NSF cheque are subject to a $25.00 handling fee.
  10. All PST certificates must be present at time of sale (for PST exemption).
  11. There is a 2% interest charge per month on overdue invoices.
  12. Our liability is limited to the value on the invoice.
  13. Any missing items must be reported to Top-LogiX within 48 hours of pickup/delivery.
