You will help customers make informed decisions in regards to purchasing computer systems and other hardware and computer peripherals. You will also be required to write up service forms for computers that come in for repair. Other duties include talking to customers on the phone and other miscellaneous support staff duties.
- Sell computers and computer related hardware/peripherals.
- Answer sales related phone calls.
- Support staff.
Knowledge & Qualifications Required:
- Computer hardware knowledge is required.
- Previous sales experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills.
